Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A: Typically, the ordering process takes no longer than 24 hours. As soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. See Shipping below. Our DVD output takes up to 3 weeks to complete, so please allow this time if you are planning to play your Life Event DVD for a special occasion. Rush orders require at least 72 hours from consultation. Once you order your Life Event DVD, we will begin the process of creating your movie. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your order so that we can gather your information.

Q: When will my order be shipped? When should I expect my order?

A: Photos or graphics will be shipped within 24 hours after your order processed, and payment has been made. Please see details below. Life Event DVDs take longer to process, due to the work involved... We could slap all your photos together, apply whatever music or not and ship the next day... However, we DON'T DO THAT! You are involved during the entire process of making YOUR LIFE EVENT DVD MOVIE.

Q: What is PayPal? Why do you only accept payments through them?

A: PayPal is a payment gateway that many internet users including EBay use. It offers payments by credit card, e-check, and wire-transfer. Please visit their site at www.paypal.com to set up an account with them. We use PayPal only, to keep you, and your information safe; with so many online hackers we have chosen to stick with a payment option that has proven safe for all parties to use. PayPal protects your information, protects us from bogus orders, and guarantee our payment for our hard work.

Q: Why does it cost so much for a personal photo enlargement?

A: We don't simply take your photo and enlarge it, like many companies. We also color correct, and retouch your photo as needed.

Q: Is there a copyright on your graphics?

A: Yes! YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO COPY, CHANGE OR RE-SELL THESE GRAPHICS WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE ARTIST.

Q: What about the music used in my DVD Movie?

A: Yes! There are copyright laws on the music used in your Life Event DVD.

Q: Does adding music to my DVD Movie cost more?

A: No, we do not charge extra for adding music to your Life Event DVD. If you do not own the music you wish to use, you can purchase the music for about 99 cents online.

Q: How many photos can fit on a Life Event DVD?

A: Each DVD holds 4.7 GBs. Without getting too technical your DVD could hold hundreds. This also depends on the effects used; photo display time and the music file size. We work hard to compress each aspect to the smallest file size without losing quality of the picture or sound of the film. Please review the "What are Titles" Q&A.

Q: Are there any restrictions to the types of photos I can use?

A: Yes, we do have restrictions. We do not accept nude photos, pornography, cruelty to animals or humans, or any other distasteful photo. Child pornography will be reported to authorities!

Q: How do I send my photos to you? Is there anything I need to know before
sending them?

A: Upon your payment for a Life Event DVD, we will email you instructions on different ways you can get your photos to us. Don't worry! We will walk you through every step of the way to make sure your Movie is a success!

Q: What are Titles? Is there an extra cost per title?

A: A "Title" is a section (or Life Event) of your DVD... For instance, for a Wedding Life Event DVD, you may want a Title showing photos of only the groom growing up, then a Title of only the bride growing up, then a Title of how they met and their walk before the Wedding, then finally a Title of the Wedding and Reception. In this example there are 4 different Titles all on 1 Life Event DVD. Depending on the length of each Title, we are able to fit up to 8 titles on 1 Life Event DVD.

Yes and No - We allow up to 8 Titles, currently all of our packages include 5 titles (which should be more than enough) however, if you require additional titles $3.00

Q: Will my Stand-alone DVD player be compatible to play my Life Event DVD?

A: Your Life Event DVD is recorded onto a DVD using DVD+R specifications that can be played in most DVD players manufactured after 2001. It is your responsibility to ensure that your DVD player is compatible BEFORE you place your order. We cannot accept returns or cancel orders after they have been processed.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Because our products are custom made and personalized for you we do not offer a refund. We ensure that the product is in satisfactory condition, and you have approved your Life Event DVD Movie before shipping. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work with you. If we find the product is defective due to no cause by you, we may offer an in-store credit only. Again – WE DO NOT OFFER A CASH REFUND.
